      Abstract
In this thesis, a commercialization model is developed to facilitate the transition of innovative engineering ideas from industry to the marketplace using the resources of the University of Saskatchewan (U of S), College of Engineering. The commercialization model is proposed to engage the College of Engineering through the Engineering Entrepreneurship Center (EEC) and tested for feasible implementation through an illustrative case study with stakeholders. The implementation of the EEC and commercialization model is demonstrated to be feasible with several recommendations for future improvements.
