      Abstract
The main task of this study has been to trace the develoment of the concept of the multiplier. We started with the aggregate static multiplier and then we extended it to the disaggregate static one. In both cases we formulated the dynamic multipliers by putting a one-period lag in the models, and then we elaborated one-period into distributed lag analysis.
